What to do — and crucially what NOT to do — when a tree comes down on your property in a Highveld storm.

Do these first
- Get everyone clear of the affected area
- Switch off power at the main board if any lines are involved
- Photograph everything before moving anything — for insurance
- Phone us on 078 600 6367 — we respond 24/7
Don't do this
- Don't touch any branch resting on a power line
- Don't try to cut a tensioned trunk yourself (massive injury risk)
- Don't let kids near hanging branches
